On Sunday the 2nd of December, the annual Christmas Tree switch on took place. It is estimated around 200 people attended as well as two school choirs from local primary schools, Langley Moor Primary School and St Patrick’s R C Primary School.
The Lights were switched on by Lesley Baxter (St Johns Hall Meadowfield), Paul Taylor (Local Councillor) and Frank Bonner (Local Councillor).
